my awesome weekend!

i went for terawih at the mosque on friday nite and boy was i overwhelmed with ...umm,i dono wat to say...i was surprised by the number of ppl attending though the mosque was small...some men had to pray outside in e cold. i was struck in awe by the beauty of the ladies...subhanallah. totally i was mesmerised! cantik, lawaaaa, pretty, gorgeous---total UNDERstatement. den i wonder why god made them such...*bubbles of thoughts...*

but ultimately, the best thing abt e terawih had to be the solat itself. the imam was exactly like e one in makkah. meltttssssss! while i prayed i pictured e baitullah n waddya know, i wept again...but it was definitely a must-comeback place for the rest of this month!

after that i slept over at rifqah's and my pahala in terawih was steeply reduced due to this:-

pengajian on saturday saw many many indonesians comin together for tadarrus. it was sth different because? i was told to recite a paragraph. *cold sweat* apa takk, the ratio of guys to girls was 5:1 so i let out my best...fuh! apart from suara yg tersekat, alhamdulillah, all's well. seriously, i missed those ngaji times *waves to liza!* haha! eversince i moved to btbatok, tadarrus has only been with e parents. missed those childhood times. then der was a short ceramah on puasa followed by a lil ta'ruf wher i seem to be e only malay singaporean in NRW and den buka puasa. pictures will give u e idea.

sunday was wrestling time with my room. shifting things here and there. and i think im happy with the new arrangement. (see pic) buka was at pak hasbi's place. kak faj told me... "putuskan urat malu mu tu rai...(ummmm...) kamu WAJIB buka disini..." God bless this family!

oh well, end of weekend...work routine starts all over. haf u ever wondered, how it will be, if weekend is 5 days instead? and weekdays are juz saturday n sunday...? how nice...

kalau dalam ibadah tadarrus pasti ada qari yg unggul,

yang terkenal luas..

tapi puasa itu ibadah rahsia

hanya antara manusia dan penciptanya...

siapa tahu kamu berkata saja kamu berpuasa, tapi di kamar mandi kamu mandi sambil minum...

siapa tahu kamu mengaku kamu puasa, tapi sejadah pun kamu tak pandang...

ganjaran puasa itu hanya Allah sahaja yang dapat berikan

dalam bulan ramadhan sahajalah syaitan diikat

dalam bulan ramadhan sahajalah pintu syurgawi terbuka luas
