road to mecca...

Suddenly i felt the urge, the surge, the yearning for that holy place. Of all the places I've been to, nothing beats standing in front of ka'abah, reciting your silent prayers and the tears that just cant stop flowing. The swarm of people doing the tawaf together for one good cause, ...undescribable. The struggle to get into hijr ismail, the sight and scents of hajr aswad. The mental pictures just keep playing its movie. missssiiinnnngggggggg...

Meanwhile, do check this guy's blog (road to mecca). He's preparing himself for his road trip to mecca by bike, setting out in June and hopefully in time for Hajj next year. Do give him ur support. He has my fullest.
