my heart
My mom always told me when i was younger not to stare at others, or laugh in front of strangers cuz they may think that we are laughing at them. But sometimes, you cant help but look intently at certain characters who never fail to grab ur attention.
I was laughing with Pi...while on the train...and at the same time looking in the direction of a woman sitting directly across us. She must have thought I was laughing at her.
She called me "Idiot Muslim" yo!
When she said that, I was still laughing at some really funny joke I created. hur hur.
but Pi with her telinga tikus heard her saying that...
"Just because you wear the tudung, you think you very religious?"
Wahh! My heart! I thought I could forget that bad experience since it happened on Wednesday, but obviously not.
So I reflect, perhaps, I must have done wrong to be called that. I must have called people names before. So nevermindlah. It's ok lah...
and Today, I learnt a valuable lesson from Naajia, a fellow teammate for the Aceh trip. It is, her humility and sincerity. terserlah I tell you! Thank you sis. "I suka you!" in true Naajia style.
Being a volunteer is no easy feat...i wonder myself, will I still stay in Darussalam should my mom not work there anymore? or have I grown too attached to that place, I will continue to give my support?
Hey! It is one of Allah's Paradise. Why should I leave?
my heart is yours.
