we were both staring at the rest who were frantically copying each other just as the lecturer said pens down. we were staring in awe.

me: asal dorang smangat giler ahh??

aiman: cuz it's a matter of life and death

me: asal kita tak smangat cam dorang ahh??

aiman: cuz it's not a matter of life and death to us.

and then silence, as we stared at them. they were practically oblivious, copying away like nobody's business.

aiman: might as well hand in the notes wat!!
