hikmah

Monday nights are stay-home nights. ..simply cuz of the drama duo that glued me to the tv for two straight hours. No, not hikmah! I detest the back-stabbing, maligning acts of the mother-in-law in cahoots with the sister and other realtives in tow. Not enuff that they swim in stacks of rupiahs yet cant leave other people alone. Chet! And on the other hand the meek and gullible Ana truly TRULY gets on my nerves. Two (too) extremes. After watching, you either end up more scheming... or just, plain... bodoh. Hence, after DIA mid-way, I stopped watching already. But! I must admit the two leading heroes are very charming...heee...

Anyway, I'd rather focus my attention to DH or better still, Grey's Anatomy. If you watched Monday's episode, it was a continuation of how the intern (Meredith) stuck her hand into someone else's body to stop severe blood loss, and what she was holding on was actually a bomb that did not blow. Should she let go, the whole operation room (OR) explodes. To cut to the chase, they successfully removed the bomb out of the body and handed over to the bomb squad. Just as the bomb squad left the O.R., the bomb detonated in his face.

Aargh. brutal.

How did the bomb end up in the person's body in the first place?

Oh. He was reenacting WWII with his mate while experimenting with a bazooka. They tried firing but failed so while he was checking it, the bomb landed in his body, did not detonate, cushioned by his flesh. How foolish!

What perturbed me was that at the end of it all he's alive. Obviously the main cast will stay alive...but the poor bomb squad member had to blow up to pieces. I'm really disturbed I DON'T KNOW WHY! I mean, imagine if your brother is in the bomb squad, how would you feel? Or your husband? Or your father? I cannot cogitate anymore worse situation.

I understand that being in a bomb squad, you MAY end up dying while on the job, but when it is the effect of other's stupidity, i feel it's unfair.

So what's the hikmah behind it all? you tell me.

anyway, i've been blogging non-stop, i should take a break, i think.
