memoirs are now just memoirs...

i wanted to go out on Sunday. wanted to get something at Taka but i also wanted to watch a movie. had no idea wat movie to watch at first so i dragged my only companion left for e noon, to catch watever movie that we can watch. so we took a bus and found ourselves at PS and q-ing up for umm...e tickets la den? den we saw the movie listings up the screen above...not much choices. very dull. there was elizabethtown, which seemed e only decent movie i can find. orlando in mind. and when the screen changed to give another listing, i thought i saw memoirs printed. wualah!

the boy went, "hey! memoirs! watch that laa!"

i gave a frown and instantly added that "NO! i haven finished the book!...we watch elizabethtown...anyway, memoirs' prolly sneak preview, so more expensive. dont want."

and typically like wat he always does, gave me the stooopid innocent look, shrugged and say, "okayy..anything u say.."

well the Q was getting shorter, and i got a lil edgy and wanted very much to juz watch memoirs

so he said, "flip a coin"

i said "fine" i added, "heads, memoirs. tails, elizabethtown"

and flip e coin he did.

"wat's that???" i exclaimed, cuz honestly, i dono wat's head, wat's tails. i only know, kepala n bunga. *bimbo this rai*

den the boy said "elizabethtown"

but i asked again "dat heads or tails??"

he said "i dono" HA! HA! HA!

so i settled for elizabethtown. but when we reached the counter, the auntie told us to give her a minute, and a minute we waited. and when she came, like being struck by some external powers, i quickly blurted MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA pls! becuz at the same instant, i couldn't help thinking of staring at kirsten dunst and her fake sweet smile. so memoirs was wat we watched.

it was good, not fantastic, but good. far from wat i imagined in the book. but now that i know the ending to the story...lazy nah to read the book!

but also because i spent more den 10 bucks for the book, i will read it! i will
