i watched coach carter with my boy
and it was definitely worth the watch even though i was damn tired.
very moving.
very heartwarming.
truly inspiring...
i cried buckets laar.
i recommend u all to watch.
if u ask me, i'd give it four and e half popcorns!!!
yupp
it somewhat reminded me of those NCC times.
those days when we were truly condemned...
the worst batch lar
the dono how to march properly la
the very manja ones la...
but hey!
we were THE ONES who marched proudly in that HONOUR AND GLORY
we were THE ONES who shot the LAST "FIRE OF JOY"
we were THE ONES who bagged the champions for orienteering
we were THE ONES who had all the marksmen
YES, we were THE ONES....
when i think back....i was stupid.
i felt so childish
crying over seniors who only knew how to look down and scold like mad.
i felt stupid for thinking that they were great and i aspire to be like them.
i felt damn stupid
but above all,
those were not the times i truly treasure.
those times, were the times, i found my friends.
my best friends...and my lifelong friends....
then again, i thank those seniors who made us all GEL together...to date.
anyway, the fundraising is takin a toll on me.
well not juz me, but also the rest of the team
i muz say everyone has done a good, no, a tremendous job on raising funds on such short period.
and guys, u noe only god will return ur juz rewards...
so hang on...we will rock aceh!
heh
dee...if u're readin this, i noe u're frustrated at one point...
but patience is a virtue,
sometimes, u gotta take it all in and juz dissolve them altogether.
be professional abt it all...
i know u can do it.
see ya on thurs...we rock JB first...
=)
and the rest of aceh members...
work hard play hard ya all...
i haf never seen such great spirits burning so strong!
i don wanna leave him out somehow....
SO.....
i'd like to take this opportunity,
to thank that boy who has been thru ups and downs with me.
he who has been doing those cookies despite his exhaustion
sacrificed time with bike for bus rides
he who has been countlessly listening
and i mean, listening thru all my craps.
i could go on and on
so thank you, hassanal safie
u're appreciated.
u're the one
